Over the years as the show improved, Rocky attendance and cast size increased, and the demand was voiced for a closer venue. Lucky Denny's had changed management and refused to give us the back room anymore. We tried Dolores again for a few months, who tolerated us for a while, but then they were angry at us again (we were still both kinda loud and not exactly paying the bill, it seems) and this time, actually sent a waitress over to our theater one Saturday night before the show, who announced to everyone loudly that we were no longer welcome at Dolores, and if we ever showed up there again we would not be served.
