Celebrity Sinners

You might imagine that the Los Angeles Rocky Horror Picture Show cast, being
in the near vicinity of Hollywood, would get a lot of famous visitors. Well, we do!
Here's an incomplete list of all those familiar faces we've glimpsed at Sins, along
with some of the unconfirmed rumors surrounding the circumstances of their visits!
If you're a celebrity and would like to be on this page, by all means come visit!

(Note: these pictures were doctored...most of the people wouldn't let us near them with lipstick.)

LOU ADLER, the executive producer of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," visited us with a large entourage of associates in 1998.
He remarked to a cast member,
"Your performance is a whole lot of fun!"

THORA BIRCH came in a group with Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, and others in 1998. The group gave our cast a standing ovation!

COLLEEN CAMP
was in attendance at Sins' 2003 showing of "Clue." She brought her daughter, and both women loved the show! Colleen stayed for an unplanned Q & A after the movie, which is virtually unheard of, and we love her for it! She thought our version of "Clue" was "amazing!"

KIRSTEN DUNST came with Tobey Maguire
around the time of the filming of "Spiderman."
They left mid-show after an argument...
she wanted to leave, but he didn't.

COREY FELDMAN has been to our show numerous times, often disguising himself in a baseball cap and sunglasses. Once, the cast yelled "Bye, Corey!" after him as he exited the theatre.

HARRISON FORD paid a visit to Sins in April of 2005, and brought his young daughter, who was doing a report on Rocky Horror for school. They left promptly after the cartoon, valiantly making it through the entire preshow. Several members of Sins conspired to sell Harrison's discarded drink bottle. Elliot, one of the people who stood in line for weeks in anticipation of the release of "Revenge of the Sith," didn't recognize Han Solo.
JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT has shown
his cute face at quite a few of our shows. His brother Dan is a Sins Halloween costume contest champ and date auction veteran!

LUKAS HAAS came in a group with Susan
Sarandon, Tim Robbins, and others in 1998.
The group gave our cast a standing ovation!
NEIL PATRICK HARRIS, good old Doogie Howser, showed up in 1999, and had a blast!

MARC HEUCK, the Movie Geek from
Comedy's Central's "Beat the Geeks,"
is Sins' current theatre manager!
TALIESIN JAFFE, the Woobie Boy from "Mr. Mom," was a well-loved regular at our theatre for years during the 1990s.

SARAH KARR, the little girl from the
"Beethoven" films, was on our tech
crew in 2002!
LENNY KRAVITZ slept through
most of our show!

JONATHAN LYNN has shown up at both the 2003 and 2004 showings of "Clue," and he's stayed late afterwards to do a Q & A for fans both times! What a perfect example of a British gentleman! (He still has a foggy memory about "Clue's" elusive fourth ending, but we'd still love another Q & A!)

TOBEY MAGUIRE came with Kirsten Dunst around the time of the filming of "Spiderman."
They left mid-show after an argument...
she wanted to leave, but he didn't.

CHRIS MCDONALD was in attendance
at Sins' performance of "Grease 2." He
posed for pictures with us, called us by
our characters' names and laughed jovially at every callback line. Even though he had a 6
a.m. call time the next day, Chris stayed on valiantly almost until the end of the
movie before bowing out!
DEMI MOORE brought her kids and their friends in late September of 2003. All were dressed up in Rocky Horror outfits but Demi. After hearing too many shouts of the word "Pussy!" in too short of a time span, Demi packed up her young group and left after "Dammit Janet." The group all bought bottled waters and left them in their cupholders, unfinished!

FRANKIE MUNIZ came to our show, and
was given a (PG-13) lapdance during a performance of our "You Suck" preshow!
KELLY OBSOURNE had to leave our show early, much to our chagrin. She did, however, stay long enough to pose for a picture!

ANNA PAQUIN came in a group with
Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, and others in 1998. The group gave our cast a
standing ovation!
TREY PARKER didn't actually come to
the show, but visited a Sins party
and donated the costumes from the movie "Orgazmo" for Brad and Janet on
Superhero Night!

NATALIE PORTMAN came in a group with Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, and others in 1998. Rumor has it Bernie, having no idea
who she was, hit on her and got
absolutely nowhere.

TIM ROBBINS came with his life partner,
Susan Sarandon, in 1998.
Rumor has it that he and Susan had
a bit of a toke in the alley in order
to enchance their enjoyment of
our show, but we can't confirm this!

SUSAN SARANDON brought her 16-year-old daughter to be devirginized at the Nuart in 1998. She later remarked that the show was like "a room full of people with Tourette's Syndrome." She seemed to have a great time at our show, though.
